Future Rock (www.futurerock.net) is covering my song "Understand the Sky" on their current tour! When they played Le Poisson Rouge last week in NYC I sang with them and it was so much fun! Future Rock is an amazing electronica band that has played festivals such as Waukarusa and High Sierra, and has opened for Matisyahu, The Disco Biscuits, and more. They have turned "Understand the Sky" into a kickin' dance/electronica track. Plans are in the works for a release of the song so I'll keep you posted!

Star Beat reviewed my recent show at the American Folk Art Museum. Here is an excerpt:

"Alyson Greenfield played a free show, as part of the Free Music Fridays at the museum. She played with a mini casio keyboard, acoustic guitar, and xylophone (for one song). Greenfield delivered a nice set, filled with great stories... Two notable songs were, "Tuscaloosa," where the trees look bones and "Understand the Sky."...Overall, great vibe."
